Care Assistant Position (For UK Residents Only)

As a Care Assistant, you will support our service users in various tasks while respecting their dignity, privacy, and independence as much as possible.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal and practical care for individuals with diverse illnesses and disabilities.
- Assisting with morning routines, including getting up, dressing, and personal hygiene, as well as helping with toilet needs when required.
- Aiding those with mobility issues or physical disabilities, including managing incontinence and aiding with the use and care of personal equipment.
- Supporting end-of-life care for service users.
- Encouraging mental and physical engagement by conversing, accompanying them outdoors, and participating in activities like reading, writing, hobbies, and recreation.
- Documenting in log-books, attending staff and service user meetings, and participating in training sessions as directed.
- Owning a car for client home visits is a requirement.
